Today I am joined by Stephen Collins from Acidlabs. I first connected with Stephen via Twitter and this led me to seeing his presentations on the knowledge economy and how to engage the knowledge worker - all available via Slideshare.

Stephen leads us through what is a knowledge economy and how business can develop leadership processes and skills to create profitable success. He talks us through many examples of how companies have benefited from from collaboration, sharing and valuing people not from their job descriptions but from the knowledge that they gain and share.
