Besides the hearty portions, quality local ingredients and creative pre-made combinations like the Rich Boy, Dom Pastram, Super Mario and Whales Veg, Rubicon Deli could be most known for their giant loaves of daily baked bread that come in 7 different flavors including bleu cheese, pesto, dutch crunch, jalapeno jack and garlic cheese.
