Rain or shine – here we are again! In fact, now that I think about it we should probably title today’s edition of The Outdoor Cooking Show “Rain or Shine,” because that’s what this weekend is all about, isn’t it? All week long, the local TV weather reporters have been wringing their hands and agonizing over how this latest tropical depression out in the Gulf might find its way over to Houston. And one of the best ways to beat the heat is to cook indoors, and that’s what we’re going to be talking about today on the show.
