Unfortunately, many coaches have no experience, no training, or no interest in developing a comprehensive strength training program for their team. I sat down with Tyler Whitmer, the Director of Oral Roberts Sports Performance, to talk about what coaches need to know in order to put their players in the best position to be strong, injury resistant athletes, all season long. We also discuss what a young coach, who aspires to lead a strength and conditioning program of their own, needs to do to prepare themselves for this exciting career. Enjoy!
