What’s better than an on-site podcast? Interviews with the brewers, of course!
So I’m going to try not to give too much away about the interview in this intro, but basically Athens Brewing Co is run by a pair of siblings with brewing in their blood (and no, I’m not talking about their BAC). Located in the otherwise old-school downtown district of a deep East Texas town, Athens Brewing Co has a primo spot in an area that doesn’t have nearly enough breweries around. Of course, when do you really have enough breweries?
