(Minor Spoilers in Podcast) This week Screen Verdict returns to Middle Earth for a review of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit. Matt and Jonathan discuss their expectations based on the Lord of the Rings films and the original books. They then share their opinions on the decision to break The Hobbit into three films.

Getting into the story the guys break down the adventures of Bilbo, Gandalf and the gang. Matt suggests you should always take the opportunity for an adventure and wonders how rock giants reproduce. Jonathan takes issue with dwarfs not picking up on a plan as well feeling the need to finish other people's sentences.
