Our guest for Episode 2 Part 1 is implementation specialist Emily Smith Goering, who tells us about their online professional development program for social workers, clinicians, and mental health providers working across the United States.

Questions for Upcoming Symposium Raised in this Episode
•  How can we establish legitimacy in online non-formal education - is it through demonstrated impact?
• When you look at online learning programs that fall under the category of non-formal education, who are the real stakeholders involved? And is the network broader than it first appears?
