In the beginning after hearing the story about the black man who was in a passenger seat where the car was stopped because of a faulty light I thought here is another revenue stop being use but this is never deeper as the passenger had no violated the law, nor did the his girlfriend who was driving the car. If indeed the light was out it is a warnign ticket nothing to draw guns for and or shot down people about. The issue of requiring you to give your license in these stops are of question as well, do to the law being broken allegedly is a ordinance violation and no one can see if there light is out and or not that's why is called a warning so you can get the issue fix. But within recent years these revenue stops mhave grossed towns across the United States Millions of dollars because they can involved add on tickets. If a fishing game but now its become deadly as more and more victims who are involved within these stops are African Americans and there are rouge police who have either hatred for people of color or are being told to murder on site. 

As I am a retired Sheriff Deputy who had worked within the court system dealing with traffic stops and also as a talk show host had talk to many officers over the years some whistleblowers and others who shared stories about other officers who in their opinion were dangerous men this program is a must.
