* Spreaker have launched [Spreaker Prime](https://try.spreaker.com/prime-program/), a service that offers free hosting, a 60% cut of advertising sold, and access to Spreaker's podcast marketing team. They describe it as a "white-glove" service. (They're also supporting our "Podcasts" section).

* [Nederlandse Podcastluisteraars](http://bit.ly/Podcastluisteraars), research into Dutch podcast consumption, has been released today. In English, [here are some of the highlights](https://podnews.net/article/podcast-consumption-netherlands), notably that the most popular way of discovering new podcasts is "from the host of podcasts I already listen to".

* It’s now **day seven** without any categories in Apple Podcasts apps while the company reworks them. Spreaker has [supported them since last week](https://blog.spreaker.com/apple-to-update-podcast-categories/); podcast app Player FM has [completed integration](https://twitter.com/PlayerFM/status/1155913432560001024), though points out that their own categories are more detailed. Podnews podcast pages, like this for [The Thing About Cars](https://podnews.net/podcast/1219713195), now display the Apple primary genre (in this case, 'comedy').

* Podcast host [Podigee has launched redesigned, IAB-compliant, "Unified Podcast Analytics"](https://www.podigee.com/en/blog/the-future-of-podcast-statistics-available-tomorrow/). It "not only makes us fully compatible with the IAB guidelines, but also goes much further in some areas - with technical specifications that, in our opinion, have not been described concretely enough by the IAB."

* RadioPublic's Podsite product, which gives any podcast a website, [has received a number of updates](https://medium.com/radio-public/podcast-first-writing-forever-original-articles-and-seo-matter-for-podcast-audience-growth-1711d8f54a44).

* Jacobs Media has unveiled their schedule for [Broadcasters meet Podcasters](https://jacobsmedia.com/podcast-movement-2019/), a multi-day track at the Podcast Movement 2019 conference in Orlando that promises to "combine the energy and electricity of the podcasting space with the expertise, talent, and reach of the broadcasting world".

* The [Dave Ramsey Show has moved offices](https://podnews.net/press-release/dave-ramsey-move), to a new, six-story headquarters just outside Nashville TN, USA. Meanwhile, _The Willard_, a historic hotel in Washington DC, USA, is to [get a multimedia production facility](https://podnews.net/press-release/willard-bigwhigmedia) later this year.
