The most important safety aspect of any business is having a positive culture that fosters continuous improvement and innovation. A lot of the companies we talk to on the Red Wing Oil and Gas HSE Podcast do not provide safety products or services directly to their clients, but safety is a big part of how they operate.
The safety team at H+M Industrial EPC is relatively small, but they do an amazing job of building a culture of continuous safety improvement. Talking with them it is clear that they understand that safety is a journey, but the road to an incident free workplace is much smoother when you have a management team that “Gets Safety.”
