New Jersey’s tax incentives programs have been in the news a lot lately. Governor Murphy is recommending major changes to the current programs, which expire in June. He is looking to shift much of the incentives from big corporations to smaller, innovative companies, and he wants a cap of $400 million on all the programs combined.
