Lukas Busek, Senior Product Manager for Data Solutions at Physio-Control comes on the MedicCast to talk about the LIFENET software package that enables all sorts of customization for patient care. One of the things that can easily be customized is the use of custom alerts or code activations for specific things like Sepsis, Trauma, or Stroke. These code alerts work similarly to the existing STEMI alert built into the LIFENET system.
