James Cook is a producer, engineer and current bass player for Luke Bryan. James was a member of The Howard Shaft Horns in college and moved to Nashville in 2001. James has played with Tracy Byrd, Steve Wariner and is currently playing bass for Luke Bryan. James has recorded and engineered albums at his studio (Studio on the Ridge) by Chris Canterbury and General Keith Patterson.
