Chris McCaa aka Professor Porkchop sits down and talks about his being exposed to music at a very early age. Chris was a member of the Shreveport Symphony while still in high school and has played in some of the most notable bands to come out of Shreveport. We discuss his time with A Train, The Insatiables and Professor Porkchop and the Dirty Dishes.  Chris has released two albums as Professor Porkchop, Grits and Graveyards (2008) and U R My Everything (2013).
