I recently asked folks to write in and tell me what is stressing them on their caregiving journey.  One writer's letter caught my attention.  I loved the raw honesty of this individual, and I feel her pain.  What is stressing you?  Maybe you would feel better just by writing out these emotions and sending them to me.  I would love to hear from you - carol@letstalkdementia.org
