The Irish Impact Podcast – Episode 25 – Bring on the Academies

October 22, 2013

Well, that was ugly. The Irish finally end USC's winning streak in Notre Dame Stadium in breath taking fashion as we watched two offenses do their best to not score points. Irish quarterback Tommy Rees went down with an injury and the Irish offense went right with him. Luckily the Irish defense, coupled with USC's inability to make chip shot field goals allowed Notre Dame to escape with a 14-10 win over the Trojans.

Thanks to everyone who nominated our show for the Podcast Awards! Stay tuned to see if Irish Impact makes it to the finals!

In this week's show:
We welcome Patrick back this week as we take a look back at the win against USC.

How thankful are we now for Tommy Rees?

Cam McDaniel's day against USC and why is Amir Carlisle struggling?

We got an email from Sean in Kansas. We like Sean and he emails us every week, but guess what? You can too! Email us at feedback@irishimpact.com. We also take a look at a cool article about a die-hard fan from Tiffin, OH who has only missed 1 Notre Dame home game since 1941.

We look ahead to this week's game against 1-6 Air Force.

Bold Predictions and Score Predictions.
