Mike Silva is joined by Howard Megdal of Excelle Sports. Howard, as you probably know, did extensive coverage of the Mets financial situation in his book "Wilpon's Folly" and just came out with a book called "The Cardinals Way," which goes behind the scenes into the St. Louis front office.

Howard and Mike discuss the return of Jose Reyes, what it means on the field and the tricky political ramifications off of it. Howard also gives his biggest learning of what the Cardinals do and the Mets don't as organizations.
