Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the United States, affecting 40 million adults age 18 and older, or 18.1 percent of the population every year. On the high end of the anxiety spectrum are panic attacks, debilitating fear, and free-floating anxiety. On the low end of the spectrum are normal fears and anxieties that occasionally visit all of us. One can release the anxiety in life and embrace love.
We talk about

A Course in Miracles
Relieve anxiety with Meditation
Struggling to heal anxiety
Panic Attacks
The Inner Therapist vs Ego
How miracles can occur

From Anxiety to Love goes beyond fixing the symptoms of anxiety and focuses instead on healing the problem at its root by offering practical strategies designed to help readers shift the fundamental way they perceive the world. In Part 1, Corinne explores our collective descent into anxiety. In part 2, she presents healing steps and perception shifts that can help readers ascend out of anxiety, including journal prompts, thought-provoking exercises, meditations, mind-strengthening mantras, and more. In part 3, she puts it all together and examines practical techniques for dealing with the many ways that anxiety shows up in daily life.

“If you use this book with an open mind and adopt an attitude of ‘I don’t know’ rather than clinging to what you think you already know, you will create space for new insights to come to you
