Unless Congress does something, the Supreme Court has given the FBI More Power. They will be able to Judge shop and get a warrant issued for any electronic devices, anyplace in the country from any jurisdiction in the country.. Need a warrant in California go to a Judge in Alabama and vice versa.. The Supreme Court granted this as they say the digital landscape has removed all borders..
