87-percent of Americans believe that financial literacy should be taught in schools, but according to a RBC Wealth Management Study headed up by RBC vice-president Malia Haskins, money has long been a taboo topic in schools and among families. Malia says we struggle at home to talk to our kids about money and schools are just now beginning to expand on the three "R's" to include financial literacy.
