There are a few articles on the show today which bother me. The first link especially as lawmakers in NY want to ensure all construction related fatalities are kept track of an not just those that involve violations onsite.  I’m honestly not sure how this would prevent them from happening.  Instead of focusing on this piece of legislation how about promoting the one that requires that anyone maintains or installs the vertical conveyance equipment by licensed and trained to do so.  Unfortunately Bill S1945 seems to have vanished from the NY State Senate website. Not a great indication it’s moving anywhere.
