1. Complete pap smear and STD/STI testing in the last 90 days; 

2. Fertility clinic orders AMH or Ovarian Reserve Test, vaginal ultrasound;

3. Order your medications, start hormones on Day 3 of your period;

4. Take shots for 12-14 days, morning monitoring visits every other day;

5. Trigger shot 36 hours before egg retrieval;

6. Egg retrieval, relax, recover;

7. Annual egg storage fees.
