* Score One for President Trump! Last week President Donald Trump gave a speech to a joint session of Congress, and it was widely praised as a success. Mainly because it was the first time he acted kind of Presidential. Of course, he went right back to Tweeting bizarre things, so now the speech has been largely forgotten. Hadley, Brian: thoughts on the speech, any lasting effects?
* GOPCare arrives! Yesterday the House GOP unveiled their plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act with a health care act of their own. Early reactions from the conservative side have been pretty tepid to outright disappointed, so we now go to our in-house health care policy expert, Hadley Heath, to explain the gist!
