It looks like HasOffers has been kicked off Facebook.  In the venturebeat post Banished marketing CEO to Facebook: ‘We deserve a second chance’ CEO Peter Hamilton talks about how Facebook decided to not renew their contract.  Apparently it stems from not properly adhering to their privacy policy and/or properly disclosing data collection policies to developers.
