Happy Earth Day!

Today I speak with aquatic biologist Pat Rose about the environment, climate change, and manatees!

Pat is the executive director of Save the Manatee Club – their mission is to protect manatees and their aquatic habitat for future generations.

We discuss the issues facing manatees and all endangered species, but also how it affects humans. Climate change is real. Despite why it is happening, we all have to do our part to help stop the effects of these changes.

I enjoyed learning about the environment and the aquatic ecosystem, and what we can all do to help. I adopted a manatee named Moo Shoo today and it feels good. You should too!
