Amy Dodson may have lost both a leg and a lung to cancer, but nothing ever slows her down. This past fall she raced two Ironman events within a month of each other, one in Kona and one in Arizona. When she’s not teaching fourth graders reading, writing and arithmetic, she’s teaching the rest of us that life is about living every day to the absolute fullest.
