My message to you for the upcoming New Year:

Instead of making New Year’s resolutions that you can’t keep, create one to three focused smart goals for the year ahead and take action steps
Instead of blaming your current situation on a so called, “Bad Year”, think of the all good that happened during the current year. Take notes of all the lessons learned but make sure you remember all of your accomplishments as well.
Give thanks to everything that happened during the year, the good and the not so good. Having a grateful heart is a sure way for more things to be grateful for.
Strategize the year ahead with some new ways of thinking, a new mindset, and be ready to learn something new that will take you where you choose to be in the upcoming year!
Leadership starts from the top, be that person that you like to look up to. Lead the way, collaborate, educate, build positive relationships and learn to be a better communicator. Be innovative and accept help when help is needed.
