Tonight, All About Wine welcomes Dr. Brent Trela, of Whispering Oaks Winery in Oxford, Florida.  Dr. Trela is a PhD and an assistant Professor at Texas A&M, where he has served as the program leader for viticulture and enology.  He is a recognized master at winemaking.  Whispering Oaks produces award-winning blueberry wines.
