The concept of Justice is one that relies on several principals: Fairness and Proportion. Looking at situations on a large scale or small requires all of us to put justice into this model.
Our military are put in some very difficult situations and we expect them to perform perfectly in an imperfect and dangerous world. The men and women of our military are charged with crimes for doing their duty under these circumstances and we need to take their side as a first response. Justice is not a simple process, but one worth pursuing.
