Eating to Reduce Your Anger

Calming the Anger Storms is maturing.  We are moving to hosting two guests in the same show.  We are excited!   It is May and we are examining a new topic.  Last month was fantastic and your support demonstrated this.  This month we move to Nutrition, Diet, and excercise.  We want to look at the coreelation between thatand Anger Management. Our guests are Ms. Kittura Dior and Dr Yew.  By way of background, Kittura Kittura Dior is a native of Philadelphia PA.  She was raised in the Mount Airy section of the city. Kittura has long had an interest in healthful eating.  It was first inspired by a radio commentator, the late Mitch Gilbert, to examine the links between food and healthy living.  She stopped eating meat and chicken in the late 1970’s and through the years has been between a pescatarian (fish eating), vegetarian and vegan.   Kittura’s interest in health evolved naturally from the desire to live well. Dr Yew Yuma "Dr. Yew" Bellomee was raised between Bronx and Mount Vernon, New York. Yuma is a certified Holistic Health Consultant through the International Board of African Thinkers, Traditional Priests, Priestesses, and Religion, Inc.,  He was also registered as a Naturopath through the Health Professional Licensing Administration of Washington, D.C. in 2009.
