259 – New Yorked

June 16, 2015

Booked reviews New Yorked by Rob Hart. It's Hart's debut novel, and it's a love letter to that one city on the east coast. Got a statue. What was it again? It's a hard-boiled whodunit with some interesting twists. The book, not the review. You'll wish it would never end. The review, not the book.

Stick around after the review to hear us talk about Livius' incomprehensible excitement for stories inspired by GG Allin. I just don't get it. Maybe you will.

Next up is our review of Pig Iron by David James Keaton. I never really cared for horses either, so I think I'll dig this one.
