257 - The Scarlet Gospels

June 02, 2015

Booked reviews The Scarlet Gospels by Clive Barker. It's the book that's the final nail in the Pinhead story (see what I did there?) While Livius is well versed in the world of the book's protagonist (Harry D'Amour) and antagonist (Pinhead,) Robb is new to this game, so it's going to be an interesting chat.

Stick around after that to hear us talk about Fifty Shades of Grey, A Head Full of Ghosts, our own dreams, newsletters, and more! It's a long but entertaining episode.

Next up is our review of A Head Full of Ghosts by Paul Tremblay. We had him on to help us review Warren Ellis' Gun Machine. We reviewed his book Swallowing a Donkey's Eye. He was in the Booked. Anthology. Now he's back with a book that would give a guy named Willy the willies.

Until then, check out us talking on these other fine podcasts:
