Shocktober rolls on with a spooky Halloween edition of BTE Creature Features as Eric, Marie and Karen welcome back Author, Mothman Museum Curator, Co-Founder and Director of the Mothman Festival. It's been close to 8 years since Jeff has been on BTE Radio and we're so excited to have him back. In the first half hour Shawn and Marianne Donley are back with the spooky Halloween edition of the Haunted Spotlight, then Jeff joins us at 8:30 eastern to talk about the Mothman phenomenon that occured in Point Pleasant WVA from 1966 to 1967. We'll also discuss Jeff's books, docuementary films, the museum and the very successful festival that just occured in September.

About Jeff Wamsley

Jeff was born and raised in Point Pleasant, growing up on the infamous 30th Street during the November 1966 Mothman phenomenon. Jeff has been featured on many televsion shows, print publications and is the author of two books, Mothman: The Facts Behind The Legend and Mothman: Behind The Red Eyes. Jeff and Carolin started the Festival in 2002 in response to the increasing public interest in the Mothman mystery, and to celebrate the release of the the Hollywood movie The Mothman Prophecies, loosely based on the John Keel’s book of the same title.
