If we could be called anything, it’s certainly not a “jockey”, but we do like to taste and talk about beer. Bent Paddle Brewing has introduced a new series of beers called “Valve Jockey”. Why Valve Jockey? This, from their website, explains, “What is a Valve Jockey? Over the course of the last couple of years, the brewers of Bent Paddle started referring to themselves as “valve jockeys”  –  always running about the brewery opening and closing valves. The Valve Jockey Brewer’s Series celebrates the creativity of the Bent Paddle brewers by giving them a platform to design, create and bring to life a recipe of their invention.”
