My first guest tonight is a show regular and a fan favorite.  He runs THEE biggest BBQ website in the world.  Meathead Goldwyn, of Amazing Ribs, joins me for the first hour to talk a number of topics including Harry Soo’s chicken method and “resting meat”.  Join me for for what is always a great two segments of information and banter.
Hour 2:
Kicking off the second hour, 2012 KCBS Team of the Year Pitmaster, Dan Hixon of 3-Eyz BBQ, joins me.  Dan and I will recap the 2012 run and a number of other topics as well.
