My first guest tonight comes from a long line of beef ranchers. Tia Ables, of Strube Ranch, joins me to talk a little BEEF!! We will hit a bit of the background, how they raise and butcher their beef and why it is different from what you can find at a big bix store, a supermarket…hell, you get the idea!

After the break, The Grill Grrrl herself, Robyn Lindars, joins me in her monthly spot to talk a bit about her new E-Book, some recipes for the upcoming Super Bowl and her recent experiences cooking her first briskets.

Hour 2:

Kicking off the second hour, the co-director of the KCBS Great American BBQ Tour, Mike Peters joins me to talk about his run for the KCBS Board of Directors. Mike will give us his platform and what he thinks needs to be done to keep the vision of KCBS moving in the right direction.
