Plus I had spent years writing and putting together safety training programs for the industry which due to certain events, never saw the light of day. I had been especially disappointed about this and I thought that at least some good could come of the work I done over the years,,, and if the people really weren�¢�?�?t interested, then they just wouldn�¢�?�?t buy it b How is it different compared to other books in the industry?/b Well the difference is that this is a company handbook and contains a lot of information, I mean a lot. Everything from sales, talking to clients how to understand their perspectives and motivations., How to make money through add on services. There is hands on material for training employee�¢�?�?s, like how to do a good inspection, how to deal with certain issues and species, the reasons why certain wildlife are present and how to offer more long term solutions at a greater profit and with a more professional finish There is a great deal of information on regulations, ethics and creating company policy and creating safety policy�¢�?�?s and there are sample forms available, and about half the book is dedicated to workplace safety.
