Virtual Fitness Podcast

This week was a short Podcast since Julie was out-of-town at the Team Beachbody Western Region Kickoff.  So we decided to go off script and just have a little fun with some open discussion between Paul and myself on a few different fitness related topics.  This was intended to be a dial-in show, but nobody actually called into the conference call.  We will try that again next month.  On the upside we will be streaming live from now on every Saturday night for those that want to listen in real-time and chat.  Check out the Podcast page for more information on that.
