Korey makes a friend at MACK.

This episode is recorded from a Hotel room at the Murfreesboro Anime and comic Convention (MACK). The guys talk about a prize package given to Michael Lester, aka Macho Man Mike, for winning a Costume Contest. The search for the Hammerjack interview continues, since the Crossfire Wrestling Panel was cancelled. However the guys did get to sit down at Joanne Padgett’s Panel on How to Self Publish a Book.

Mike Lester gave Chicken Hat his nickname in a roundabout way and that story is retold, since Michael is in the room with the guys. The guys talk about meeting various guests at MACK and are joined by Showgirl Brooklyn during the recording. Dave talks about losing an interview with a member of the Walking Dead. Then discussion about Bronies, grown men that love My Little Pony. Korey doesn’t understand any of it and thinks the new My Little Pony is a bad show. The guys also admit to knowing nothing about Dr. Who.

Korey got confused with an actor on the television show, The New Girl. The guy’s name is Nelson Franklin. Two different people at the convention said Korey looked just like him and the guys compare on IMDB.

Joanne Padgett is the author of Vampires of Camelot: Camelot’s True Story Part One and has sold over 60,000 copies of her book. There is also a movie in the works as well. The guys then talk about the term”Fang Bang”, which was mentioned by Joanne at the Convention.

After a break, Korey admits to throwing a 20 sided dice in his mouth, which was included in Michael Lester’s prize pack. Korey made a friend with a Dark Shadows fan and talk segues into Johnny Depp for a minute. Which one of Korey’s friends would have played AD&D is asked by Dave and wraps up the show.
