Up Close and Personal Interview with Sandra Yancey, Business and Life Transformation Coach to Women

Host David Wood, collaborator of “The Transformed Woman Retreat” with Sandra Yancey, conducts an up close interview of Sandra’s expertise in helping to bring women together.   

Her organization, “E Women Network” has helped to impact the lives of almost a million women.  From its inception, Sandra works with women entrepreneurs and business owners to help position them to monetize their dreams and passions by focusing on a holistic approach to personal growth and business success.   She empowers women by teaching them how to be marketing masters, connecting the dots of what makes them uniquely them, and understanding how to show up to their customers.

During her interview Sandra stated, “it is a beautiful time to be an entrepreneur.†She informs her listeners that people sometimes wait for perfect scenarios, but it’s when one may be facing hardships is when it’s the best time to become one.  She also mentioned how many women put their dreams on hold because of the responsibility of marriage, raising their children, and providing for them.

Sandra highlighted a testimony of a woman who attended “The Transformed Woman Retreat” who had the biggest year of her life in 10 months after attending.  The woman was able to ignite her passions and discover how to make the best use of her talents and resources, which had a positive impact on her and her family.

While being interviewed, Sandra addresses the fact that women have to begin to deal with false mindsets.   The one that says, “I’ll be complete when I get married,” or “I’ll be happy when…”  She encourages her audience to work on themselves and to be complete before pursuing marriage.

Sandra dialoged with David about wrong mindsets that can cause limitations in a person’s life.   She said it’s “okay to have the life you desire.â€Â  She encouraged her audience to do what it takes to have the life you want.

Sandra also pointed out that people ask her what is her secret sauce.  The focus is really not on the business, but on the person.  She mentioned that her secret sauce is, “more working on me, my mindset, belief systems, and convictions.â€Â  She emphasized that one can learn what’s needed to be successful in on the business side by hiring people with specific skill sets.

Sandra encouraged her audience to love, nurture, and fight for their dream.  The best way to do this is to show up.    You have to be your best you to show up.

She shared an enlightening reflection on being overweight.   Share stated “most women who are overweight do not need a diet, they need to get in touch with the light on the inside of themâ€.   The main point made was to really focus on your inner self.

She shared her thoughts on attracting opportunities and creating an environment through her retreat where women have the freedom and safety to discover what they are made of.  Sandra shared that ultimate wealth is about happiness, love and joy.    Another powerful highlight from Sandra was that success is pointless if it cannot be shared and enjoyed.
