Stephen: “We study each others personalities. I’m a dominate feeler and he’s a dominate thinker, and a lot of people in the real world clash with those two types and we just use it to our advantage. He brings in the thinking side of the podcast; I bring in the feeling side of the podcast. And we sort of… debate and I try to make the podcast more laid back and he tries to make it more structured. And we just kind of … in a way fight a little bit, but we’re not fighting.”
Cody: “Just debating”
Stephen: “Yeah, we’re trying to make the podcast fit all of the personalities I guess. And we’re trying to use the things that are different about us, and we’re trying to use those differences as advantages instead.”
