‘Professor’ Goetsch just couldn’t resist commenting on the horrified reaction of the French blogosphere to the fact that French president Nicolas Sarkozy has started monitoring blogs. And then, since she was at the microphone anyway, she decided to weigh in on recent claims by Michael Geoghegan and Paul Colligan that podcasting is not an industry. It’s certainly worth considering that if advertising no longer works as a business model for print, it might not be the best bet for social media.
