When You Are Ready To Buy, Be Prepared |
|
Hi! I’m Michelle Williams. I’m a Licensed Realtor in the State of Minnesota and I work with Coldwell Banker Burnet. Today I’d like to talk to you about: When you’re ready to buy, be prepared. I’d like to offer you some free advice. Every day people ask me “What does it take to buy a home?” Most people think that once they’ve put away enough money for the down-payment and closing costs-they are ready. Well, here’s the whole story: while this money is a very important piece of the purchase, two other pieces need attention before you are ready to buy. First: interview Realtors. Find one that you like and trust so you have true representation throughout the purchasing process. Sign a Representation Agreement and then fulfill step number Two: See a lender. Have the lender qualify you for spending limits, and then GET THE LOAN STARTED. Get a pre-approval from the lender, ask for a letter and give a copy of the letter to your Realtor. Now you are ready to select the home of your dreams and make a valid offer by writing a check for earnest money, and presenting your pre-approval letter. This proves to the seller you are a serious buyer, and you can spend the money. I’m available to help you, represent you and answer all of your questions. Call me today and let’s get started. Michelle Williams Coldwell Banker Burnet has been in business for over 100 years and we can help you buy or sell new construction, single family homes, condos, townhouses, vacant land, houses for sale, and real estate listings.
