How about an Auction?

Did you know that not all Auctioneers who sell Real Estate are Licensed Realtors? If you are considering selling your home and you want to explore ALL the options, call a Realtor who can offer them all to you.  Today’s market is ever changing and sometimes a fast sale is what you need.

Maybe you’ve been transferred, or inherited some property and need to move quickly. An Auction takes place on a set day at a set time. No surprise closing dates. Usually homes sold at Auction are sold “as is” and therefore there are no inspection hang-ups. The target market audience for the Auction is determined in advance and contacted via email, US Mail, and advertising in newspapers and other appropriate venues. The sale is held and the home goes to the highest bidder if the sale is absolute. A minimum price-or auction with reserve-can also be an option.
