The NFL has had a long standing tradition of asking much of its fans.  The NFL asks its fans to all too frequently pony up vast piles of cash to build new stadiums.  The NFL asks its fans to purchase overprices merchandise of ever changing colors and patters to stay current in their "team spirit"...

There is a definite disconect  between the music industry and many of its fans, and this is not big news.  What is news is the amazingly inept ways in which old bands and old media try to become hip and cool, come up with a pretty good idea...yet still manage to find the songle most boneheaded way...
