      The Supreme Court has ruled on the Affordable Care Act and has deemed the law constitutional.  In this first part of a two part series we lay out the background of the health care issues that were affecting America at the time of the law’s creation and discuss the reasons for the law’s creation and passage.  We discuss the economic factors as well as the moral factors of the health care situation in America and discuss the implications of both.
