A Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) card gives you recognition as a travel agent. In addition, a CLIA card will allow you to take advantage of discount rates when you are traveling. This is a nice perk for the travel agent. However, the rules for obtaining a CLIA card are changing. Lorene talks about the changes on this week's show.
