This episode discusses the basics of what to do and where to begin when you have a legal case. We address how to deal with our lack of knowing. In it we discuss mapping ideas and research, how to keep track of a legal docket, and general means of keeping your self-esteem up, so that the other party doesn’t get the best of you. We also show the importance of turning everything into questions and forcing the other side to substantiate each claim.

This is Casey and Tayler’s first time on the show.

Casey is a licensed structural engineer with 18 years experience in the design of large and small buildings. He is part owner of Pacific Coast Structural Engineering, in San Diego, CA;. a supporter of the Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth Group; a participant in the “Experts Speaks Out” production; and active in learning subjects related to the financial legal system.

Tayler is a childhood cancer survivor that hails from Austin and has had experience with the judicial systems of Texas and other states since she was 7 years old. She has worked for attorneys in Southwest Florida specializing in the composition of pleadings and various legal documents. Additionally, she has done personal legal work under the pro se status making use of the uncontested docket. Besides building knowledge in the legal world, Tayler has direct experience in outdoor survival, self-sustaining living and in home care for autistic children. Today she works with Burt assisting pro se litigants with case management using Mind Mapping software to build detailed case maps that help each individual to stay organized and to understand their case from a birds eye view. Greg was here for episode number 201.

Greg is a gigging musician and music instructor who found himself at the mercy of a policy enforcer of lesser intelligence one night on the way home from a gig. A student of the Trivium, Psychology, and Natural Law, Greg took it upon himself to respectfully decline to acquiesce to the officer’s demands for documentation and soon found himself being violently ripped from his property with no prior warning of intent to arrest. Greg maintained his cool and attempted to refrain from escalating the situation with a person obviously acting outside of the bounds of reason and law — he found it vastly more important to see down the longer road ahead and use lawful reason to assert his natural rights.
