In this episode, we get you ready for the 2011 FightSMA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., with information about the conference at the first-ever webcast of the entire “Thriving with SMA” panel.  We also introduce you to one of this year’s conference sponsors, Hill-Rom, with an interview with Hill-Rom VP and General Manager Craig Boerst.  Craig talks about the company, and its product, The Vest.  The Vest is an airway clearance system that is most helpful to SMA patients.  Among other things, Craig explains how you can receive help with the process of acquiring the device:
