At the height of American regional television from the 60s to the 80s, many local channels in had their own wonderfully unique christian puppet shows featuring female comedians. Many women developed ventriloquist dummy acts as a way to express themselves in religions that didn’t allow them to become preachers.

And of course, these demented puppets absolutely loved Christmas.

Today we continue our annual holiday series: “Incredibly Strange Christmas Music, vol. 4″- a collection of rare, twisted holiday songs that will punch up your eggnog and set your yule log on fire.
